PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

• VitSiL VIT-FRB Firestop collar is a type of belt equipped with galvanized steel material to help create a fire and smoke barrier around when combined with Intumescent firestop wrap strip: VIT-WSF inside when installing fire protection for round pipes or rectangular technical pipes: Plastic pipes, steel pipes, cable trays, air ducts... when penetrating walls or floors.

• Supplied and manufactured in flat sheet form: 4m long, galvanized iron with minimum thickness of 0.75mm (when used, customers can cut and shape it themselves (or order belts according to pipe diameter), according to the exact size and shape required)

* PRODUCT FEATURES:

• Designed to PREVENT ignition of combustible pipes through fire-rated walls and floors

• Screw mechanism for easier fixing and shaping

• Can be checked and observed visually easily.

* APPLICATION OF VIT-FRB FIRE PROOF BELT:

Specialized product when combined with Intumescent firestop wrap strip: VIT-WSF for the following purposes:

• Sealing of combustible pipes with diameter of DN20 mm or more passing through fire-resistant walls and floors

• Fire protection for PVC, uPVC, CPVC, HDPE, PP, ABS pipe systems, steel pipes, air ducts, cable ladders...

• Fire protection for Soundproofing Duct systems

• Can be combined with other VitSiL products for maximum effectiveness.
